Sunflower Bento box
- 160 gram Rice ( cooked)
- 2 slice Ham
- 1/2 whole Egg

2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry (1), with the cut surface facing up.

3. Make thin fried egg (like crepes). Cut the fried egg in half. Fold the sheet of fried egg vertically in half. Make cuts on folded side, about 2cm in the length (and not all the way). Bring one edge to the other to form a doughnut shape. If you make small cuts on the inner surface of the doughnut, it’ll be easier to make the ends meet.

4. Put cooked rice in a cup (muffin cup, a round container etc.) and place egg sheet (sunflower) on top.

5. Place ham on (4).

6. Place cups of sunflowers in a bento box and arrange other food items around it.
