Baby potatoes in spicy yoghurt

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 pinch Hing
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tumeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 whole Onion ( chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 20 whole Baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves

1. Pour the yoghurt to a bowl. Add ginger paste, hing, coriander powder, tumeric powder, cumin and red chilli powder.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, Fry the onions. Add garam masala and salt to the yoghurt mixture.

3. Use the fork to make holes on the baby potatoes. Put the potatoes into the yoghurt mixture.

4. Pour the yoghurt mixture to the onions. Fry together.

5. Add coriander leaves.
